Song settings
Name, artist, notes, key, tempo, tuning, playback (loop/end) and the band the song brings with it.
Song-level metadata is edited in the SONG block of the editor inspector.

Applied when the song loads, like the tuning. The sounding key stands on its own line under KEY, named as the capo's doing: CAPO 2 · sounds B minor — empty without a shift. |

The song's band
A song carries its own band, so it sounds the same for everyone who opens it. EDIT beside BAND opens the rows:
- DRUMS: STYLE (OFF — silent, or a genre), ENERGY, HUMANIZE.
- JAM: STYLE, KIT, FEEL, INTENSITY, COLOR (ON/OFF), RHYTHM (ON/OFF).
- BAND › SETTLE FROM THE SESSION writes down the band as it is playing right now: style, kit, feel, intensity, colour, rhythm guitar and the drums.
Each lane's head counts what is set and offers RESET. A section can differ from this — see Energy and overrides.
Level and form
Beside the editor's title, one line reads the song: its name, the bar count, the duration at this tempo, and the level (easy, medium or hard), computed from the chart. The form is the strip above the rows: one block per section, as wide as the section is long (repeats included), bar numbers under it, and the playhead once the song plays. Click a block to jump to that row.
What isn't editable here
The song's lineage (sourceId, where a copy came from) has no control in this editor.
